Since all products are handmade, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, so please choose items carefully and make sure to check your cart before submitting your order. For customized orders, please double check spellings of names, etc. We are not responsible for spelling errors if they are provided incorrectly. This is in accordance with US Consumer laws. If your product is delivered damaged or is defective, please reach out to our shop and we will be happy to work with you. We will provide a return shipping label to have the damaged/defective item returned to our shop and we will have a replacement item shipped out to you. Your satisfaction is our main concern, we will work with you to make it right. If your item is missing in the mail, please reach out to us and we will investigate. Please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the mail until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping and we will not replace an item sooner than this. If the item is determined as truly lost, we will confirm the recipient's address and we will gladly replace the item one time only.
