Shop Policies

Crafting with Glorious Purpose sells products made-to-order, which means most items will be made and shipped 1-2 weeks after payment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment is accepted through Stripe (which included debit and credit card as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal. We also accept Venmo upon request.

SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of payment and a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided. If for some reason this cannot be done in that timeframe, we will contact you and let you know.

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

Since all products are handmade, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, so please choose items carefully and make sure to check your cart before submitting your order. For customized orders, please double check spellings of names, etc. We are not responsible for spelling errors if they are provided incorrectly. This is in accordance with US Consumer laws. If your product is delivered damaged or is defective, please reach out to our shop and we will be happy to work with you. We will provide a return shipping label to have the damaged/defective item returned to our shop and we will have a replacement item shipped out to you. Your satisfaction is our main concern, we will work with you to make it right. If your item is missing in the mail, please reach out to us and we will investigate. Please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the mail until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping and we will not replace an item sooner than this. If the item is determined as truly lost, we will confirm the recipient's address and we will gladly replace the item one time only.

CANCELLATIONS:
Once an order is placed and/or work hasn't been started, we will accept cancellations up to 24 hours with a full refund. After the 24 hours have past and work has begun, we will no longer accept cancellations. Upfront quotes on orders expire after two weeks and cannot be guaranteed after that. Prices could change due to issues beyond our control, such as fluctuation in manufacturer costs, so quotes cannot be guaranteed.

OVERTIME/RUSH ORDERS:
We have a fast-track fee for any customer who would like their order made faster than our regular turn-around time. If you would like to upgrade to fast-track (turn-around of 1-2 business days, rather than 7+), please contact us prior to purchase. The fee is $30.00 US. This fee is to be fair to all our customers – we don’t allow any customer to jump ahead of other orders. Instead, if you need your order faster than normal, we actually work overtime hours to get it done for you.

PRIVACY POLICY:
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control it only applies to how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through craftingwithgloriouspurpose.bigcartel.com or its related sites and services.

Information collection: To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information for custom orders.

Why and how I use your information: I rely on a number of legal websites to collect, use, and share your information, including:

– as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
– when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time
– if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
– as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services.

Data Retention: I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

– Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Compliance with laws.
